Abstract
Küreselleşme genel olarak kapitalist gelişmelerle ilişkilendirilmektedir. Küreselleşmenin ekonomik, sosyal, toplumsal ve kültürel yansımaları vardır. Dolayısıyla, sosyal güvenlik sistemini ve toplumsal politikaları etkilemektedir. Dünya Bankası raporlarına, göre, küresel ekonomiyle daha fazla bütünleşebilen gelişmekte olan ülkelerde, sosyal güvenlik sistemleri standart bir uygulama haline gelmeye başlamıştır. Küreselleşmenin olumsuz etkilerinden söz eden araştırmalara göre de, bu süreç çerçevesinde zengin ülkelere daha çok yatırımın yapıldığı ve işçilerin yoksullaştırdığını, ifade edilmektedir. Gelişmekte olan bir ülke olarak, Türkiye'de sosyal güvenliğin kapsamına girmeyen nüfus kesimleri vardır. Ulus-devlet olma sürecini tamamlamada, Türkiye'nin küreselleşmeden yarar sağlaması güç gözükmektedir.

Abstract (Foreign Language)
In general, globalisation is related to the development in the system of capitalism. There are many aspects of globalisation such as economical, social and cultural ones. Therefore, this process have many effects on both social security system and social politics. According to the reports of World Bank, the more a developing country is integrated to the globalisation process, the more social security system is routinisized in that country. For the reports asserting that globalisation has negative effects on developing process, developed countries obtained more investment, economic situation of the workers is getting worse day by day. In Turkey, today, a lot of people are not able to benefiting from social security system. In the process of creating a nation-state, Turkey will be hardly take an advantage from the globalisation.
