Abstract
19. yüzyıl, Türk edebiyatı için bir arayışlar dönemidir. Bu dönemde edebî bir topluluk olarak karşımıza çıkan Encümen-i Şuara, dönemin önemli bazı şairlerini bir araya getirmiştir. Hersekli Ârif Hikmet Bey'in evinde her hafta toplanan Encümen üyelerinin şiirleri, topluluk üyeleri önünde okunmaktadır. Gür sesinden dolayı, genç Namık Kemal'e okutulan şiirlerin eleştirisi yapılmaktadır. Türk şiirini geliştirmek amacıyla bir araya gelen bu sanatçılar arasında, edebî kişiliklerinin ilk dönemlerini yaşayan Ziya Paşa ve Namık Kemal'e de rastlıyoruz. Şinasi'nin de topluluğun bazı üyeleriyle edebî ilişkisi bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Encümen-i Şuara'nın Tanzimat Birinci Dönem sanatçılarından Şinasi, Namık Kemal ve Ziya Paşa üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır.

Abstract (Foreign Language)
19th century, was a period pursuits for Turkish Literature. A literature society of the period namely ; Encümen-i Şuara had brought together some of the remarkable poets of the time. This society used to gather in Hersekli Ârif Hikmet Bey's house on a weekly basis, and members' poems were read out by the members in the social setting. Thanks to his strong voice, Namık Kemal was quite often chosen to be the one to read out these poems. Following that, the members of the society used to make criticism upon the poems. Poets like Ziya Pasha & Namık Kemal who were at the early stage of their career were among this group of artists coming together to improve the Turkish poetry. It is also known that Şinasi had some literature ralated bonds with some of the members of the society. This piece of work aims to shed light on the influence of Encümen-i Şuara on Şinasi, Namık Kemal ve Ziya Pasha who belonged to Ottoman Political Reforms 1 Period.
