Abstract
Eğitim, insan davranışlarını değiştirme ve onu yeniden biçimlendirme sürecidir. Bu işlevini yerine getirebilmesi için insana bilgi, beceri, tutum, davranış ve alışkanlıklar kazandırması gerekir. İnsana kazandıracağı bilgi ve becerileri belirlerken toplumsal kurumların etkisi altında kalır. Bu kurumlardan biri de ekonomidir. Eğitim ile ekonomi arasında karşılıklı bir ilişki ve etkileşim vardır. Eğitim, yetiştireceği insan sayısını ve onlara kazandıracağı nitelikleri belirlerken ekonominin etkisi altında kalır. İnsan gücü yetiştirirken ekonominin istek ve beklentilerini göz önünde bulundurur. Böylece insanı nitelikli bir üretici ve tüketici haline getirir. Böyle bir insan meslek hayatında daha başarılı olur. Nitelikli mal ve hizmet üreterek ekonomiyi etkiler, toplumun ekonomik kalkınmasına katkıda bulunur.

Education is the process of changing human behaviours and reforming them. It is necessary that education get students to gain knowledge, ability, attitude, behaviour and habits to perform these functions It is under the effect of social institutions while determining the knowledge and ağabeylities to have students gained. One of these institutions is economy. There is a mutual interaction and connection between economy and education. Education is under the effect of economy while determining characteristics to be gained to the students. It considers the wishes and expectations of economy while growing manpower. Therefore, it makes human a qualified producer and a consumer. This kind of a person becomes more successful in Professional life. He / she affects economy by producing qualified products and service and contributes to the economical development of society.
