Criteria are set forth in the case law and in doctrines, in order to facilitate the distinction between attempted murder and wounding with intent. Our article aims to examine the abovementioned criteria through various decisions of the Court of Appeals. The concepts of self-defense and unjust provocation which may be applied in such cases, will, also, be addressed. |
