Joinder of claims is regarded as a type of lawsuit whereby the plaintiff aims at achieving several results from a single case. The subject of this study is to provide a definition of joinder of claims, to analyze its conditions and purpose as well as the issue of non-inquiry of a relation between the claims that are subjected to joinder of claims, and finally to offer an evaluation of this type of lawsuit in terms of procedural economy. |
