Bookchin’in toplumsal ekoloji düşüncesi, modern krize yanıt olarak insan merkezli olmayan doğalcı yaşam tasavvurlarını yüceltiltme eğilimi sergileyen ekolojik hareketlerin keskin bir eleştirisi niteliği taşır. Bookchin’in eleştirel düşünce mirasının değerini teslim etmekle birlikte bu çalışmada, düşünürün temel tezleri üzerinden hareketle toplumsal ekolojinin belli başlı teorik zafiyetleri tartışmaya açılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda ; Bookchin’in toplumsal ekoloji kavrayışı, birbirini bütünleyen altı farklı tema altında eleştirel bir analize tabi tutulmuştur. Bookchin’s idea of social ecology is a sharp criticism of ecological movements that tend to glorify nonhuman-centered naturalistic imaginations of life in response to the modern crisis. While recognizing the value of Bookchin’s critical thought heritage, in this study, the main theoretical weaknesses of social ecology are tried to be discussed through the main theses of the author. In this context ; Bookchin’s understanding of social ecology was subjected to a critical analysis under six different themes that complement each other. These critical themes are : the ambivalence in evolutionary rhetoric, the articulating function of the labor category, the distinction between first and second nature, the subject in historical / social transformation, the transition to ecological society, and finally the agonism between freedom and power. |
