Kent kırsallarına gerekli hizmetlerin götürülememesi, kontrolsüz veya kontrolün çok az olduğu kırsal bölgelerin ortaya çıkması, kırsal bölgelerin gerek eğitim, gerekse sosyal ihtiyaçlarının karşılanabilmesinde yaşanan yetersizlikler, zaten ekonomik anlamda ciddi sıkıntı çeken kırsal bölge insanlarını suça yöneltebilmektedir. Çarpık kentleşmenin en büyük sıkıntısını, bölgede doğan ve büyüyen çocuklar ile gençler çekmektedir. Geleceğin en büyük güvencesi olan çocuklar ve gençler açısından kentlerin, su-çun oluşmasına etki eden faktörlerinin araştırılması, konunun önemini bir kez daha ortaya koymaktadır. Bu araştırmada temel amaç, kentleşme ve suç arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymak, özellikle çocuk suçlu / hükümlülerin kentleşmeden kaynaklı suça yönelme ilişkisini belirlemeye çalışmaktır. “Gelecek” hayali olmayan, suçu alışkanlık haline getirmiş olan çocuk suçlu / hükümlülerin varlığı, bu konuda ciddi adımların atılması gerekliliğini göstermektedir. Absence of facilities at the rural areas, rural areas under little or no control, deficiencies in the education and inadequacy in meeting the social requirements in the rural areas make the people, who live in rural areas tend to crime. The children and the young born and grow in these region suffer most from the problems brought by irregular urbanization. Searching the impact factors of the urban areas in the occurrence of crimes among the children and young, who are the most significant security of the future puts forward the importance of the subject once again. The main objective of this research is to identify the relation between urbanization and crimes, and determine the role of urbanization in orienting the child criminals / culprits for committing a crime. The existence of child criminals / culprits who lack a dream for the “future”, and for whom crimes have been a habit is an indicator for the necessity of taking important steps in this issue |
